A SMILE AND A RIBBON!
They say it's "The Best Of" but it's basically they ever put out. They never did a record, just a collection of singles. There's some rare stuff on here (though I guess it's all rare). It's too bad that they didn't do better -- they were the girls that saved Liberty, after all.
